Fool Proof Fudge

3 cups | semi sweet chocolate chips |
1 14oz can | sweetened condensed milk |
1 cup | chopped nuts, I like pecans but walnuts are good too. |
1 1/2 tsp | vanilla extract |
Over low heat, melt chips with condensed milk. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and vanilla. Line a 8 inch pan with aluminum or wax paper and spread fudge in pan. Chill for about 2 hours. Turn fudge onto a cutting board. Peel off foil or wax paper. Cut into small squares.
