Lemon Star Bars

    Crust:  
    1/2 c.  butter, softened
    2 Tb.  powdered sugar
    2 Tb.  granulated sugar
    1 c.  flour
      
    Filling:  
    2  eggs, beaten
    2 Tb.  lemon juice
      grated rind of one lemon
    1 c.  granulated sugar
    2 Tb.  flour
    1/2 tsp.  baking powder
      
    Glaze:  
    1 c.  powdered sugar
    1 Tb.  milk

FOR THE CRUST: In a small bowl, mix together all crust ingredients and press into a greased 8" square pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Set aside.

FOR THE FILLING: In a small bowl, mix all filling ingredients and pour onto prepared crust. Bake 25 minutes more. Bake 25 minutes more. Cool slightly. Drizzle with Powdered Sugar Glaze. Dust with powdered sugar. Cool in refrigerator before cutting with star cookie cutters..

FOR THE POWDERED SUGAR GLAZE: Beat ingredients until smooth.
