Broccoli Pie, raw

1 C | Almonds, soaked overnight then dried on counter top |
1/2 Tbsp | Tamari |
1-2 Tbsp | Water |
1 Tbsp | ground Flax Seeds |
Grind nuts in food processor. Add tamari & 1 Tbsp water. Check to see if more liquid needed. Run processor & drop in ground flax. Press into pie plate or 3 tartlet pans. FILLING: | |
2 1/2 C | Broccoli florets, (save stocks & stems for broccoli slaw) |
1/2 Tbsp | Tamari |
1/2 Tbsp | Water |
1/4 C | Lemon juice |
1/4 C | Tahini |
1 | Green onion |
1 Tbsp | Cilantro or Parsley |
1 C | Mushrooms, sliced |
1 tsp | heaping Ground Flax |
Process broccoli, tamari, water & lemon juice until no more chunks.
Add tahini, onion, cilantro & mushrooms. Process until smooth.
Run processor & drop in ground flax.
SETUP:
Refrigerate 1 hr to setup.
