    1 Package (12oz)  buttermilk biscuit dough
    2 Tablespoons  mayonnaise
    1 Tablespoon plus 1 1/2 Teaspoons  Honey Mustard
    10  Ham Cubes, (3/4 inch)
    30  Cheddar Cheese Cubes, (3/4 inch)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 10 standard (2 1/2 inch) muffin cups with non stick cooking spray.
Separate dough into individual biscuits; place 1 biscuit in each prepared muffin cup. Combine mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl; stir until well blended.
Press down with thumbs to make deep indentation in each biscuit. Spoon about 1 teaspoon mayonnaise mixture into each biscuit. Top with 1 ham cube and 3 cheese cubes.
Bake about 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden, slightly puffed and overflowing with cheese. Let stand 3 minutes before removing from pan. Serve hot.

Makes 10 blob/.Great with scrambled eggs
