| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| 1 cup | buttermilk |
| 2oz | red food coloring |
| 1 and 3/4 cup | oil |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | soda |
| 1 tsp | vingear |
| 2 tablespoons | coca |
| icing | |
| 8 oz | cream cheese |
| 1 stick | butter |
| 3 cups confectionars sugar | |
| pecans | |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
1 3/4 cup oil
1. mix oil sugar eggs one bowl
2 mix salt soda and flour one bowl
3. mix coca vinegar coloring one bowl
then mix all three together
alternaltye add buttermilk dry ingredients and coca
add vanilla bake 350 for 35 mins iin 2 9in pans
icing.. sift sugar add 1tps of vanilla mix cream cheese butter and sugar
add pecans
