Lemon Pepper Zucchini

| Sliced zucchini coated in butter and lemon pepper and baked. | |
| 2 | zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices |
| 3 Tb. | butter, melted |
| 2 Tb. | lemon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Place zucchini slices on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Season with lemon pepper.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender.
