No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

| 2 Cups | Sugar |
| 1 Stick | Butter |
| 4 Tbl | Cocoa |
| 1/2 Cup | milk |
| 1/2 Cup | peanut butter |
| 3 cups | quick cook oatmeal |
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large sauce pan.
Bring to a boil for one minute.
Quickly stir in peanut butter than fold in oatmeal.
Drop spoonfuls on to wax paper.
