    1 3/4 cup  flour
    150 g  butter
    1/3 cup  sugar
    1  egg
    Pinch  salt

*Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees about 15 mins.
* Mix flour, whole butter, sugar & salt in a bowl then mix until crumbly. Add a little bit of egg about 2 tbsp to hold the dough.
* knead the dough flat about 3 cm thick and cut into the size of ur tart tin.
* Spray or butter ur tart tin and put your dough inside ur tin make sure to cover all sides of the tin.
* Put 1 tsp of jam or depending on the size of ur baking tin, put 1/4 of jam to the height of ur pastry to avoid the jam to go all over the place.
*Cook for about 30 mins or until brown for 180 degrees.
