Cheesy rice and chicken picante casserole

1 16-oz jar | Pace Picante salsa |
1 cup | whole kernel corn |
1/2 cup | water |
3/4 cup | uncooked rice, (regular long grain white rice) |
1 pound | boneless, skinless chicken breast |
Paprika | |
1/2 cup | cheddar cheese |
1. Mix salsa, water, corn and rice in a shallow 2 qt casserole dish
2. Lay chicken on top of mixture
3. Sprinkle paprika on chicken
4. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked and rice is tender.
