    1 16-oz jar  Pace Picante salsa
    1 cup  whole kernel corn
    1/2 cup  water
    3/4 cup  uncooked rice, (regular long grain white rice)
    1 pound  boneless, skinless chicken breast
      Paprika
    1/2 cup  cheddar cheese

1. Mix salsa, water, corn and rice in a shallow 2 qt casserole dish
2. Lay chicken on top of mixture
3. Sprinkle paprika on chicken
4. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked and rice is tender.
