| 6 | Eggs, Beaten Lightly |
| 1 Lb | Grated Cheddar Cheese or Combo |
| 1 Lb | Cottage Cheese |
| 1 C | Bisquick |
| 1 C | Milk |
| 1 Stick | Butter, Melted |
| Sausage, (optional) |
Mix together eggs, milk & Bisquick. Add butter, cottage cheese and cheddar.
Add sausage. Pour into 9x13 pan or two pie plates. Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before cutting.
