    1 cup  water
    1/2 cup  shortening
    1/4 tsp.  Salt
    1 cup  flour
    4  eggs, (unbeatened)

Bring water, shortening and salt to a boil. Stir in flour and cook until dough forms a smooth ball and leaves sides of pan clean. Remove from heat and cool slightly.

Add eggs one at a time. Beaten with a fork. Beat well after each egg is done. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 450 F for 10 minutes then reduce to 400 F and bake for 25 minutes. Cool.
