My Pizza Crust

1 - 1/4 oz. | Evelope active dry yeast, (or 2 1/4 Tsp) |
1 1/2 - Cups | warm water, (110-115) |
4 Cups - Bread Flour
1 1/2 Tsp. - Salt
2 Tbsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tsp. - Sugar
Pour warm water in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add yeast and gently stir until yeast is dissolved. Let mixture stand for 10 minutes to allow the yeast to become active. The mixture will become foamy at the surface when it is ready. Add salt and olive oil and stir again to combine ingredients. Add flour one cup at a time until combined. Knead for 10 - 12 minutes. Let rise for 1 hour.
