Hot Shrimp Pasta

1 pkg. | linguine |
4 Tb. | jalapenos, stems removed, seeded, chopped fine |
1 c. | chopped green onion |
1/2 c. | chopped bell pepper |
1 stick | unsalted butter |
1 | tomato, chopped fine |
2 lbs. | cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined |
2 (8 oz.) pkg. | cream cheese |
1/2 c. | sour cream |
Boil the pasta until done, drain, sprinkle with olive oil, mix, and keep warm. Saute the chilies, onions and bell pepper in the butter until soft. Add the tomatoes and shrimp and cook for 2 minutes. Cut the cream cheese into four pieces, add to the skillet, and let melt. Add the sour cream at the last minute, heat through, and remove from the heat. Toss the shrimp mixture with the pasta and serve immediately.
