Hot Chicken Salad

2 c. | diced, cooked chicken |
2 c. | chopped celery |
1/2 c. | almonds, (or pecans) |
2 | boiled eggs |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
2 tsp. | minced onion |
1 Tb. | lemon juice |
1 c. | mayonnaise |
1/2 c. | grated cheddar cheese |
1 c. | crushed potato chips |
Combine chicken, celery, nuts and eggs. Combine salt, lemon juice, onion and mayo. With a fork, toss the two mixtures together and place in a greased casserole dish. top with grated cheese, then potato chips. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
