4 egg yols at room temp | |
1 tb | Lemon juice |
1 dozen eggs | |
12 slices | Canadian bacon |
1/2 lb | spinach leaves |
12 slices | tomato |
Hollandaise Melt butter in microwave. Put yolks and lemon juice in blender. Turn on and slowly pour in warm butter. Set aside. Poach eggs. On each plate place 2 slices Canadian bacon. 4 to 5 spinach leaves, one tomato slice. Top with poached egg and hollandaise. | |
