Baked spaghetti squash with garlic sage cream

1 large | spaghetti squash |
3/4 cup | heavy cream |
1 | garlic clove |
3 | finely chopped fresh sage leaves, 1/2 tsp dried |
1/4 cup | Parmesan cheese |
Heat oven to 400. Prick squash in several places. Bake 45 minutes until tender. Allow to cool slightly. Pul strands out with fork. Transfer to warmed bowl. While squash baking. Heat cream, garlic, and sage ib saucepan over medium heat for 10 minutes. Until thick enough to cover back of spoon. Toss with squash. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parma | |
