Cauliflower cheese

| Preheat oven to 350 |
Boil pot of water. Break one large cauliflower into pieces. Add to pan with pinch of sea salt and boil 5 minutes. Pick leaves off two sprigs of rosemary. 1 2/3 cup heavy cream. Stir I 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper. Dice slice of bacon. Add sauce and cauliflower to baking dish. Top with 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. Bake 45 minutes.
