      Boneless chicken breast
    1  egg beaten
    1 cup  flour
      Butter
      oil, alternative
Sauce:
    3 tbsp  soya sauce
    3 tbsp  water
    3/4 cup  brown sugar
    1/2 cup  vinegar
    1/2 tsp  salt

Dip chicken in egg, cover in flour and fry until deep brown.

Put in casserole dish and pour sauce over.

Bake at 350 for 1/2 hr.
