Boneless chicken breast | |
1 | egg beaten |
1 cup | flour |
Butter | |
oil, alternative | |
Sauce: | |
3 tbsp | soya sauce |
3 tbsp | water |
3/4 cup | brown sugar |
1/2 cup | vinegar |
1/2 tsp | salt |
Dip chicken in egg, cover in flour and fry until deep brown.
Put in casserole dish and pour sauce over.
Bake at 350 for 1/2 hr.
