    1 pound  boneless chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
    2 14 ounce cans  chicken broth
    1 cup  water
    1 tb  soy sauce
    1 tsp  fresh grated ginger
    1/8 tsp  crushed red pepper
1 sweet red pepper cut into 3/4 inch pieces
    1 medium  carrot sliced
    1/3 cup  thinly sliced green onion
    1 cup  fresh pea pods crosswise or 1/2 of a 6 oz pack frozen pea pods
    2 cups  shredded napa cabbage

1 well beaten egg

Place chicken and everything til pea pods but not pea pods in slow cooker. Cook low for 5-6 hours
High. 2.5 to 3 hours

Stir in pea pods and cabbage and egg. Cook on high 10 more minutes
