Asian style chicken soup

1 pound | boneless chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces |
2 14 ounce cans | chicken broth |
1 cup | water |
1 tb | soy sauce |
1 tsp | fresh grated ginger |
1/8 tsp | crushed red pepper |
1 sweet red pepper cut into 3/4 inch pieces | |
1 medium | carrot sliced |
1/3 cup | thinly sliced green onion |
1 cup | fresh pea pods crosswise or 1/2 of a 6 oz pack frozen pea pods |
2 cups | shredded napa cabbage |
1 well beaten egg
Place chicken and everything til pea pods but not pea pods in slow cooker. Cook low for 5-6 hours
High. 2.5 to 3 hours
Stir in pea pods and cabbage and egg. Cook on high 10 more minutes
