Crockpot Meatloaf. 2 eggs beaten. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 3/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup chopped green pepper. 2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup chopped celery. 1/2 teaspoon pepper. 3 slices bread crumbled. 2 lbs. Ground beef Ketchup or tomato soup * *. *. 1. Mix eggs, milk, seasonings, and bread crumbs; allow to soften. 2. Combine crumb mixture with all other ingredients except the last * and shape into a loaf. 3. Place loaf in cooker and cover with ketchup/ soup ( just on top of loaf). 4. Cook on high 1 hour then switch to low 8-9 hours. Or cook on automatic 7 hours *. Not recommended to be increased / Last 2 hours I add more tomato soup to loaf as much as desired!!!! I use soup not ketchup. Very good!!!!! One of my crockpot favorites. |
