Restuffed potatoe

1/2 stick | butter |
1/4 cup | milk |
Salt | |
pepper | |
2 tbsp | horseradish |
1/2 | onion |
Whipping cream | |
5 tsp | sugar |
Dash | vanilla |
Shredded cheddar cheese |
Bake potatoes 11/2 hours @ 360. Cut potatoes in half. Scrape out potatoes. Use mixer to mix potatoe scrapings and all ingredients. Blend evenly. Restuff potatoe skins with mixture. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of potatoes. Microwave to heat up finished potatoes or bake in oven.
