1 baked butternut squash | |
2 tbsp. | Plain Greek yogurt |
6 oz | shredded Gouda |
6 oz | shredded mozzarella |
1/2 lb | cooked pasta |
Homemade spaghetti sauce
Diced cooked squash add to drained hot pasta, add yogurt, 3/4 of cheeses and 1-2 cups spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle top with sauce 1/4 of cheeses. Bake covered @ 350 35 minutes. Uncover bake 10-15 minutes. Let stand 5 min. Serve with extra sauce.
