Stuffed Quahogs

48 quahogs | |
2 lbs | chourico |
2 sticks | butter |
8 stick | bread |
8 lg | onions or 4 xl |
4 t | pepper |
4 t | bells seasoning |
2 t | red hot pepper |
Wash quahogs and boil in big pot of water..take cooked quahogs out and save water.
Sauté chourico, butter, onions and seasonings til cooked.
Chop quahogs and add to mix. Set aside
Dunk bread in cooled water and squeeze water back out. Add bread to mixture and mix well.
Fill cleaned shells with mixture and bake at 350 for approximately 30 min or until crispy on top
