Zubereitung
Butter, Zucker, Vanillezucker, Salz und Eier gut schaumig rühren. Mehl und Backpulver löffelweise unter die Butter-Eiermasse geben, die Buttermilch solange zugeben, bis ein glatter Teig entsteht. 4-6 Minuten Backzeit!
