1/2 cup | milk |
1 cup | plain flour |
Pinch | salt |
pepper | |
Rosemary, (or similar favourite herb) | |
Oil |
1. Lightly beat eggs and add to cup of flour
2. Add milk bit by bit, striring after each addition until mixture is like a thick batter.
3. Cover and store in fridge for at least 4 hrs.
4. Pour oil into muffin tins to about 5mm high and place in a 200 degree oven.
5. Once the oil is boiling, pour batter straight from fridge evenly into the 6 tins
6. Heat puddings for 20mins at 200 degrees or until tall, golden & crispy on the outside
