Honey garlic salmon

| 2 tbsp | brown sugar, packed |
| 2 tbsp | liquid honey |
| 1 tbsp | soy sauce |
| 2 tsp | cornstarch |
| 2 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 tsp | gingerroot, finely grated |
| 1 tsp | sambal oelek |
| 4 | salmon fillets, skin removed |
Steps:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl
Arrange fillets on a baking sheet lined with greased foil
Spread honey mixture evenly over fillets.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
