Mandarin Beef Stir Fry

Mandarin Beef Stir Fry Ingredients:
    1 Lb.  Sirloin Tip Steak or Chicken
    1 T.  Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 Cup  Soya Sauce
    1/2 Cup  Orange Juice
    1/4 Tsp.  Ginger
    1/4 Tsp.  Garlic Powder or use 1 Clove
    2 T.  Olive Oil
    1 Med  Red Onion
    2 Cups  Snow Peas
    1 Cup  Sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 Med.  Green or Red Pepper sliced
    1 10-oz.Can  Mandarin Oranges, drained
    2 T.  Cornstarch

Method:

For Round or Sirloin Steak, pound beef lightly with meat mallet. Cut into 1./4 x 2 inch strips
Combine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, orange juice, ginger and garlic powder. Pour
over meat, stir, and leave to marinate. Prepare vegetables. Heat oil in Wok or Fry Pan.
Add red onions, snow peas, mushrooms and green and red peppers. Cook uncovered for
2 Minutes. Move vegetables to side of Wok. Drain Beef, reserving marinade.
Stir beef until color changes. Mix with vegetables. Add orange segments. Combine
reserved marinade with cornstarch, add to wok. Heat, just to thicken. Serve immediately
over rice.
