Salt-crusted Shrimp

1T | wasabi powder |
Whisk together and refrigerate Zest and juice of 2 lemons | |
1c | water |
4 lbs | coarse sea salt |
2 lbs jumbo | shrimp, shell on |
Mix lemon,water, salt. Spread a layer in a baking dish. Arrange shrimp on top. Cover with rest of mix.
Preheat oven to 475. Bake 15 minutes, or until salt crust is hard and golden. Crack crust and remove shrimp.
