Papaya Pie

| 3 - medium | ripe papayas |
| 4 - tablespoons | flour |
| 4 - tablespoons | sugar |

Now fold in the flour and sugar.
Beat the egg whites until they are nice and stiff, fold right into the mixture.
Bake it for about 25 minutes until the top
is just brown.
Transfer the pie right into the refrigerator and serve chilled.
