    3 3/4  flour
    1 1/2 Tb.   baking powder
    1/2 tsp.  salt
    1/3 c.  sugar
    1/2 c.  semisweet chocolate chips
    2 1/2 c.  heavy cream
    2 large  egg yolks
2 Tb.  milk or heavy cream
    3 Tb.  sugar

Line baking sheet. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Add the chocolate chips. Stir in the heavy cream and continue stirring until the dough begins to form a rough mass. Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured work surface and knead until smooth, about 6 times. Divide in half and shape into 2 disks about 3/4 inch thick. Cut into 8-10 wedges each and transfer to the prepared baking sheet. (Scones can be frozen once cut and then transfered to a ziploc for up to one month; defrost 30 minutes before continuing). Preheat oven 400 degrees. Whisk together egg yolks and milk, brush over the tops of the scones and sprinkle with the sugar. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Serve warm with Devonshire Cream.
