Fudgy Brownies

| 1 cup | butter |
| 3 cups | sugar |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 4 | eggs |
| 1 1/2 cup | all-purpose flour |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | baking powder |
| 1 cup | semisweet chocolate chips |
| 1 cup | unsweetened cocoa powder |
Combine melted butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Sift flour with cocoa powder and salt.
Gradually stir liquid mixture into chocolate mixture until blended.
Toss in chocolate chips, lightly dusted with flour to keep them from sinking to the bottom, and stir into mix with spoon.
Pour mixture into lightly greased 9 X 13 pan and bake at 350F for one hour.
