| 1 dozen frozen blintzes | |
| 4 | eggs |
| 1/4 cup | orange juice |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1/4 lb | melted butter |
Mix all ingredients but melted butter.
In a 3-quart glass bowl, pour melted butter into bowl and coat bowl with butter.
Place blintzes into bowl, then pour mixture over blintzes.
Put into the oven at 350F for one hour.
