Steaks with Detroit Zip Sauce

1/4 cup | butter |
1 1/2 TB each: | |
Dijon mustard | |
worcestershire sauce | |
1 tsp | each, dried or fresh, rosemary and parsley |
1/2 tsp each: | |
dried thyme | |
garlic powder | |
salt | |
pepper | |
cayenne pepper | |
1/4 tsp | ground cumin |
2 LBS | grilling steaks |
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients, except steaks. Simmer on low for 2 minutes, set aside. Sauce can be made two days ahead.
Grill steaks. Cut each steak in half. Warm the sauce and pour over steaks. Turn steaks over and cover with any remaining sauce. Cover in foil and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve.
This sauce is crazy good!
