Hash Brown Cheese Bake

1 (20 oz.) pkg. | refrigerated shredded hash browns |
1 can | cream of celery soup, undiluted |
1 (8 oz.) container | sour cream |
1 (2 oz.) jar | diced pimiento, drained |
1/2 c. | shredded Parmesan cheese |
1 c. | shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided |
Combine first 5 ingredients and 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar; spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13x9" baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese, and bake 5 more minutes.
