Nel boccale lo zucchero e polverizzare 10 sec. vel. 9 versare gli altri ingredienti e cuocere 4 min. 80° vel. 4 e lasciare raffreddare come indicato nella ricetta........
Nel frattempo montare 200 ml. di panna da montare zuccherata
come da libro base e incorporare il composto raffreddato.
