Make crust next Sift then measure 1 & 1/3 flour Measure exact amount | |
1/2 c | cold Crisco |
1/2 tsp | salt |
3 tbsp | cold ice water |
Mix w/ hands into ball Set aside To apples | |

2 tbsp | flour |
1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
1/8 tsp | nutmeg |
Sprinkle | lemon juice |
Mix coat all apples Roll out pie crust. Do not grease pie plate. Crimp edges Crumb topping | |
1/2c | sugar |
3/4 c | flour |
1/3 c | cold butter |
Sprinkle | cinnamon |
Make in a flat pie pan to mix
Until into crumbs
Assemble pie
Apples donT press down to cut pie crust on bottom
Pile crumbs on top
Bake 55-65 minutes until crumbs are brown
Aluminum foil on shelf below pie
