Southwestern Corn Dip

    1 lb. (16 oz.)  Velveeta Mexican block cheese with jalapeƱos
    1 can (11 oz.)  corn with red and green bell peppers, drained
    3  jalapeƱo peppers, seeded, minced
    1 medium  red onion, finely chopped
    1/2 cup  sour cream

Mix velveeta and corn in a large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes of until velveeta is completely melted, stopping to stir after 3 minutes.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Makes 3 1/2 servings.
