Southwestern Corn Dip

1 lb. (16 oz.) | Velveeta Mexican block cheese with jalapeƱos |
1 can (11 oz.) | corn with red and green bell peppers, drained |
3 | jalapeƱo peppers, seeded, minced |
1 medium | red onion, finely chopped |
1/2 cup | sour cream |
Mix velveeta and corn in a large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes of until velveeta is completely melted, stopping to stir after 3 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Makes 3 1/2 servings.
