    2 med  zucchini
Juice from 1/2 lemon
    3 Tbsp  olive oil
    2 tsp  fresh thyme
      Salt
      pepper

Parmesan for shaving
Baguette for serving

Use vegi peeler to shave long length wise pieces. Discard 1st all green slice.
Arrange on platter overlapping pieces.
Combine lemon, oil, thyme & S&P by shaking, whisking or blending.
Pour evenly over zucchini. Allow to sit 15-60 min.
Top w parmesan shavings. Serve with baguette slices.
