Horseradish Marinated Salmon

500 gm salmon fillet skinned 25 gm coarse sea salt | |
Ground black pepper | |
25 gm granulated sugar | |
2-3 tablespoons | creamed horseradish |
Large handful dill, parsley and coriander Dressing:- | |
1 tbs | balsamic vinegar |
1tbs | Dijon mustard |
3tsb olive oil | |
Sea salt | |
black pepper |
Trim salmon and check for bones
Mix salt, pepper and Sugar and spread over salmon.
Wrap in cling film and put in fridge overnite.
Wash and dry with kitchen paper.
Brush skinned side with horseradish and herbs.
Wrap in cling film and leave in fridge til ready to serve.
Cut at 45degrees
Shush dressing together and drizzle when serving
sugar and rub over salmon. Wrap in cling film and put in fridge overnight.
