Raspberry & Brie Flatbread

Olive oil or Garlic Oil for cooking | |
2 | onions,, (thinly sliced) |
1 clove | minced garlic |
1 tsp | italian seasoning |
1 tsp | seasoned salt |
1/2 tsp | ground black pepper |
1/2 tsp | dried oregano |
14 oz | pizza dough |
3 1/2 oz | Brie, thinly sliced |
1 1/2 cups | raspberries |
2 tsp | basil leaves |
Preheat oven to 550 F degree
In a large skillet on medium low use oil and add onions. Cook stirring occasionally until soft and golden brown. Stir in minced garlic and seasonings. Transfer mixture into blender. Add 3 tbsp water and purée to form chunky paste.
Roll out dough on parchment paper 1/4 inch thick. Spread onion purée evenly, leaving a 1 inch border. Top with Brie and Raspberries and chopped basil leaves.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are puffed and browned
