Grilled Flatbread

1 (13.8 oz.) | can refrigerated pizza-crust dough |
olive oil cooking spray | |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
4 tsp. | minced fresh rosemary |
Preheat grill to medium-high (350-400 degrees).
Lightly flour a work surface; unroll dough and gently pat out into a rectangle approximately 1/4" thick. Cut dough into 4 equal pieces.
Spray both sides of each dough piece with cooking spray. Sprinkle each piece with 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. minced rosemary.
Grill dough over direct heat for 2-3 minutes, or until underside is crisp. Turn and grill for 2-3 minutes, or until done.
