Green Chili Chicken

chili powder | |
1/2 tsp | cayenne pepper, or to taste |
salt | |
pepper | |
Rub on chicken pieces. Use thighs for best flavor | |
chopped garlic | |
onions | |
1 can | green chiles |
1 cup | chicken broth |
2 TB | flour |
Brown chicken, onions and garlic. Add chiles and broth. Simmer 45 minutes. Add flour, to thicken sauce. Serve over steamed rice.
