Whole wheat berry muffins

2 cups | whole wheat |
1 cup | sugar, divided |
1 1/2 tsp | baking powder |
1 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | baking soda |
1 t | vanilla |
3/4 cmilk | |
1/4 c | oil |
1 | egg beaten |
1 c | raspberries |
1 c | blueberries |
1/3c | pecans opt. |
combine flour and sugar (set aside 1 tbsp sugar to put on top of muffins) baking powder, salkt soda. Make a well in center and add wisked vanilla milk and oil. Mis but do not over mix. fold in | |
berries, (I use the berry mix from costco). |
Bake at 15-18 minutes at 350 (not sure on the temp)
