Grandma's Shortbread Cookies

| 10 oz | butter, frozen |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 13 oz | flour |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| Vanilla to taste,, (possibly 1/2 tsp?) |
Mix all together and roll to 1/8 inch thick
Cut in to shapes
Bake @ 200C for about 10 minutes
