Oatmeal Icebox Cookies

| 4.5 oz | flour |
| 1/2 tsp | bread soda |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1.5 tsp | cinnamon |
| 4 oz | butter |
| 1/2 cup | caster sugar |
| 1/2 cup | dk brown sugar |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 tbsp | honey |
| 1.5 cups | oatmeal |
| 3 oz | raisins |
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside
Beat butter and sugars
Add egg and honey.
Then add half sifted ingredients, oatmeal and raisins. Beat with wooden spoon. Then add rest and work in with hands.
Refrigerate half an hour.
Place by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets.
Bake @ 190 for 8-10 minutes
