| 2 Cups | Sugar |
| 1 Cup | Oil |
| 1 1/2 Cups | Apple, (about 6) |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 3 Cups | Flour |
| 2 1/2 Tsp | Cinnamon |
| 1 Tsp | salt |
| 1 Tsp | Baking Soda |
Cream oil, sugar & eggs together. In a separate bowl combine flour, cinnamon, salt & baking soda. Alternate apples & flour mixture to cream mixture.
Bake 350 for 1 hour.
