Frozen Cranberry Velvet Pie

3.5 cups | crushed digestives |
6 oz | butter, melted |
2 cups | cream |
1/2 cup | sugar |
1 tsp | vanilla |
16 oz | cream cheese |
2 lbs | whole cranberry sauce, either bought or homemade |
Combine crumbs and butter. Press into dish and chill while you make filling.
Beat cream cheese and combine with cream, sugar and vanilla.
Add cranberry sauce and then turn into biscuit crust.
Place in freezer and freeze for several hours.
