Watermelon and Jicama Salad
Nb persons: 0
| 1 each | seedless watermelon, peeled and cubed |
| 2 each | medium jicama, peeled cut in sticks |
| 4 oz. | candied ginger, diced small |
| 3 each | limes, juiced |

Toss all ingredients together just before service. Serve well chilled.
NOTE: For an interesting summer dessert omit the jicama and lime juice and sprinkle watermelon and ginger with Ironstone Obsession.
