Marinated Grilled Hangar Steak

4 tbs | Dijon mustard |
3 cloves | garlic, smashed and finely chopped |
Pinch | crushed red pepper |
2 sprigs | Rosemary, finely chopped |
Juice and zest of 1 lemon | |
2(11/2lb each) | hanger steaks, trimmed, membrane removed and cut inhalf length wise |
Kosher salt | |
Extra virgin olive oil |
In Sm bowl, combine Dijon, garlic, Rosemary, lemon juice and zest, and crushed red pepper. Smear the steaks with the marinade and let sit in the fridge overnight or at least 2 hrs.
Preheat grill and season steaks with salt.
When hot, brush grill with oil. Place steaks on grill and brush with excess marinade. Grill for 4-5 mins on each side for med-rare. Then let them rest for 5-10 mins. Slice and serve.
