Gorgonzola and Pistachio Salad

1 (5 oz.) pkg. | spring mix or mesclun mix |
4 oz. | Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled |
3/4 c. | shelled pistachio nuts |
1/2 c. | dried cranberries |
4 Tb. | balsamic vinegar |
3 Tb. | hazlenut oil |
3 Tb. | olive oil |
In a medium bowl, combine spring mix, Gorgonzola, pistachios, and cranberries. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over salad, tossing gently to coat. Serve immediately.
